rclone is the application name registered on this Google OAuth client.
This application lets its single developer/user access their own Google Drive files from the rclone command-line tool, in order to mount their Google Drive as a local folder on their own computer. Once mounted, files can be browsed, opened, edited, and saved back to Drive like any regular folder on disk.
It is for personal use only, by its own developer, on their own Google account. It is not distributed or offered to other users.

This application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any data on behalf of its developer. It is a client-side tool: after you grant it access via Google's OAuth consent screen, it talks directly between your own device and the Google Drive API using rclone, an open-source command-line program that runs entirely on your machine.

This application is provided "as is", for personal, non-commercial use by
its own developer, with no warranty of any kind. It is a thin OAuth client
configuration for the open-source rclone tool and grants no
rights or access beyond what you explicitly approve on Google's consent
screen. Access can be revoked at any time from your
Google Account
permissions page.
